THANK YOU so veary much!!! I've ben looking everywere for a repair (service) manual for my ZIP. She has no spark. Now I can check related parts insted of just replacing them LOL..^-^ .. Thanks agen for all your work macking the PDF file and posting it..I'm shore to have her going in no time now..Thanks

Gang...im new to this forum but lucky enough to find you. My sons Vento Triton not start no matter how hard we try. I have attempted to down load the Repair Manual but it gives me a file corrupt error when I open in Acrobat. Can anyone tell me where to go to get a clean copy or email me one.

Hi there, just picked up a Vento BKM Jazz. I've read that it's the same mechanically
as the zipR3, so this manual will be very handy. Thanks!

Sorry all i've been gone for a long time, started a very very large house project and remodel so my scotter is put on hold :-\
Does this need to be re uploaded as i still have the file?

I had a small problem with the copy I downloaded, a couple of pictures
are blank with a small red cross on the corner. I don't know what
might cause this, or if your fresh copy might fix that... but thanks
again!

This is because of how a two stroke operates. Two strokes inject oil and gas into the cylinder which is then burned during the compression process of an engine. After the scoot sits for a while you'll notice it more during starting that it spits oil and gas that is unburned.
This may not be 100% correct but close to the idea.
